Digital Product Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds.

Why This Policy Exists

Our templates are digital goods that cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once you have accessed the Google Sheet template, you have received the full value of the product. This is standard practice across the digital products industry.

Exceptions

We will provide a replacement or exchange in the following situations:

• Technical issues: The file is corrupted, inaccessible, or defective upon delivery

• Wrong product delivered: You received a different template than the one you purchased

• Duplicate purchase: You accidentally bought the same template twice

To request an exception, email us at stackvara.media@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

How to Avoid Needing a Refund

• Read the product description carefully before purchasing. Every product page includes a detailed breakdown of what's included.

• Check the FAQ for common questions.

• Start with a bundle or lower-priced template if you're unsure. The Starter Stack at $25 is a great way to experience our products.

• Contact us before buying if you have any questions. We're happy to help you choose the right template.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us for support violates our Terms of Service and may result in account restrictions. We are always willing to resolve issues directly.
