Stackvara Refund Policy

At Stackvara, all products are delivered digitally. Due to the nature of digital downloads, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Eligible for Assistance

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us at orders@stackvara.com:

• You did not receive your download.
• The file is corrupted or inaccessible.
• You received the wrong product.
• There is a technical issue preventing access to your purchase.

We will work promptly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file or access to the correct product.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and cannot be returned after delivery, refunds are generally not provided for:

• Change of mind
• Purchasing the wrong product
• Lack of usage
• Failure to review product details before purchase
• Compatibility issues clearly disclosed before purchase

Exceptional Circumstances

We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis if a product is materially defective and the issue cannot be resolved through replacement or support.
