Products & Templates

Q: Are these Excel or Google Sheets? A: Google Sheets. After purchase, you get a share link. Click "File → Make a Copy" and the template is yours forever in your own Google Drive. You can also download as .xlsx if you prefer Excel — though some advanced formulas may need minor tweaks.

Q: Do I need to know Google Sheets to use these? A: No. If you can use any spreadsheet, you can use our templates. Every product includes a "How to Use" tab with step-by-step instructions. Most people are tracking their finances within 5 minutes.

Q: Is this a one-time payment or a subscription? A: One-time payment. Buy once, use forever. All future updates to the template are included at no extra cost.

Q: What do I actually get when I buy? A: You get an email with a secure download link. Click it, make a copy to your Google Drive, and start using the template immediately. For bundles, you'll receive links to all included templates.

Q: Can I share this with my partner or family? A: Yes, within your household. Since it's a Google Sheet, you can share it with family members just like any other document. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming ownership of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Q: Will I get updates? A: Yes. When we improve a template, all previous buyers get the updated version free. We typically send update notifications via email.

Technical

Q: Can I use this on my phone? A: Yes. Google Sheets works on iOS, Android, and any mobile browser. However, the full dashboard experience is best on desktop or tablet.

Q: What if I accidentally delete my copy? A: Your purchase email contains the original download link. You can make a new copy anytime. We also recommend keeping a backup in your Google Drive.

Q: Do the templates connect to my bank account? A: No. We intentionally do not connect to banks. You manually enter your data, which means:

• Your banking credentials are never shared

• You stay fully aware of your spending

• The template works regardless of which bank you use

Bundles

Q: What's the difference between buying individually and buying a bundle? A: Bundles contain the exact same templates as the individual products, but at a significant discount. If you buy a bundle and later want an additional template not in the bundle, you can purchase it individually.

Q: I already own one template in a bundle. Can I get a discount on the bundle? A: Contact us at stackvara.media@gmail.com and we'll work something out.

Payments & Policies

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay via Shopify's secure checkout.

Q: What currency are prices in? A: USD. We may add multi-currency display in the future, but you will always be charged in USD.

Q: What's your refund policy? A: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues or receive a defective file, contact us at stackvara.media@gmail.com within 7 days for a replacement or exchange.

Q: Can I use these for my clients or students? A: Our standard license is for personal/household use. For commercial use (coaches, financial advisors, educators), please contact us for bulk licensing options.
