What software do I need to use these templates?

Our templates work with Microsoft Excel (2016 or later) and Google Sheets (free with any Google account). Both versions are included with every purchase.

Are these templates easy to use?

Yes! Everything is pre-built, pre-formatted, and auto-calculating. Just open the file and start entering your data. No formulas, macros, or technical skills needed.

Do these work on Mac?

Yes. Excel for Mac and Google Sheets (in any browser) are fully supported.

Can I use these on my phone or tablet?

Google Sheets works great on mobile devices through the free Google Sheets app. For the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer.

Purchasing & Delivery

How do I receive my purchase?

After purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link to your spreadsheet files. You can also access your downloads anytime from your Shopify account.

Is this a physical product?

No. All our products are digital files delivered electronically. Nothing will be shipped to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment system. We never see or store your credit card information.

Refunds & Support

What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we offer free replacements for defective or corrupted files, wrong products, and duplicate purchases. See our full Refund Policy for details.

How do I contact support?

Do you offer custom template design?

Not at this time, but we're always adding new templates. Follow us on Instagram (@stackvarahq) for new releases and updates.

Licensing

Can I use these templates for commercial purposes?

Our standard license covers personal use. For commercial use (financial advisors, health coaches, agencies, educators), please contact us at support@stackvara.com for licensing options.

Can I share templates with my team or family?

Yes! You may share templates within your household or immediate family. For team or organizational use, each member should purchase their own copy or contact us for group licensing.
